Departmentdeals with administrative work, analysis and planning and other expert assignments in connection with economic activities in the area of agriculture, veterinary, forestry and water management within the jurisdiction of the County. Within its scope of activity the Administrative department deals especially with: - following and analysis of problems connected with agriculture, veterinary, forestry and water management - preparing of analyses and other expert materials on the issues from the Department’s scope of activity - preparing the proposals and giving opinion on the proposals for planning documents and acts as well as other materials that are assembled for the needs of the County by expert bodies and institutions in the branches of industry from paragraph 1 of this article - organising and following the activities in the water management, as well as assembling and implementing the plans in connection with the water management - implementation of rules, accepted plans and general acts of the County within the scope of activity of the Administrative department - developing plans of general acts within the scope of activity of the Administrative department - assignments connected with the implementation of measures for stimulating agricultural production, - other jobs when regulated by special law, other rules, an act by the County assembly or the County government.
