Administrative department for spatial planning and construction deals with administrative work, analysis and planning and other expert assignments in connection with spatial planning and construction within the jurisdiction of the County. Within its scope of activity the Administrative department deals especially with: - organising and coordinating the preparation and development of spatial plans, measures for the improvement of the conditions in space and other documents connected with spatial planning and construction - preparing the plans for decisions and other acts that regulate the issues in connection with special planning and construction - monitoring and studying the conditions in space and implementing the politics of spatial organisation, in regard with the spatial conditions and achieving the aims of social end economic development, developing expert analyses and reports on spatial conditions and implementation of documents and their individual aspects, - establishing a computer system in the County, with the aim to plan, use and protest the area - dealing with the documentation of the area - other jobs when regulated by special law, other rules, an act by the County assembly or the County government.
