Department deals with administrative work, analysis and planning and with other expert assignments in connection with the managing of pre-accession funds and incentives. Within its scope of activity the Administrative department deals especially with: - preparation, studying and evaluation of the programmes and projects for the international cooperation in the area of economy, as well as projects that are candidates for the means from the international investments, - preparation and realisation of marketing activities for development potentials and development projects of the County, oriented towards attracting and stimulating the investments into those projects, as well as establishing contacts with the institutions and individuals interested in investing, - organisation, preparation and realisation of capital investments whose carrier is the County, - establishing and maintaining contacts with the representatives of government and other bodies and expert organisations, as well as international institutions, with the aim to plan and realise development programmes, - it stimulates the cooperation of the County, its units of local self-government with the units of local self-government in the countries members of the European Union, - other jobs in connection with the cooperation between counties and international cooperation, oriented towards the use of the means from the pre-accession funds and incentives, - other jobs when regulated by special law, other rules, an act by the County assembly or the County government.
