Zadovoljstvo mi je i čast sudjelovati u predstavljanju trećeg izdanja Investicijskog vodiča Sisačko-moslavačke županije. Nezaobilazan dokument, za svakog poslovnog čovjeka ili tvrtku, u sažetom obliku pruža informacije o našim gospodarskim mogućnostima iz čega se ujedno može iščitati i naša vizija: Županija konkurentnog gospodarstva  koje je razvijeno kroz integrirane razvojne programe i partnerstva te koje podiže kvalitetu života svojih građana i postavlja tradiciju i prirodne resurse u središte svoje budućnosti! Među prioritetima istaknutim u Županijskoj razvojnoj strategiji 2007. – 2013. ističem razvoj konkurentnog malog i srednjeg poduzetništva, izgradnju investicijskog okruženja, te razvoj konkurentnog, održivog i okolišno prihvatljivog turizma.

Uz naše web stranice, pregledno uređene i opremljene iscrpnim sadržajima (www.smz.hr), financiranjem nastupa naših obrtnika, poduzetnika, nositelja obiteljskih poljoprivrednih i ugostiteljsko-turističkih gospodarstava na prestižnim sajmovima u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu, u suradnji s Hrvatskom gospodarskom komorom – Županijskom komorom Sisak i Obrtničkom komorom Sisačko-moslavačke županije, Investicijski vodič je još jedan, pokazalo se, koristan i vrlo uspješan način promidžbe naših mogućnosti.

Sisačko-moslavačka županija je sa svojim bogatim prirodnim, ljudskim, informacijskim i financijskim resursima, na geostrateški i prometno izuzetno povoljnom položaju, jedan od trenutačno najvećih i najprosperitetnijih gospodarskih potencijala u Hrvatskoj - regija u koju se isplati ulagati. Intenziviranje procesa otvaranja Sisačko-moslavačke županije prema ostalim hrvatskim županijama, regijama susjednih država i zemljama članicama Europske unije isto tako značajno pridonosi povećanju razine konkurentnosti kao i kvalitete materijalnog, kulturnog i duhovnog života svih naših stanovnika.

Proces europskih integracija, kao i globalizaciju općenito, prihvaćamo kao izazov i prigodu da razmjenom iskustava i učenjem od onih koji su u poslovima ekonomije i općeg dobra uspješniji od nas, još učinkovitije razvijamo tržišnu ekonomiju ali onu s ljudskim licem. Među prvim smo hrvatskim županijama koji smo ustrojili poseban upravni odjel za europske integracije, punopravna smo članica Skupštine europskih regija, participiramo u Uredu hrvatskih regija u Bruxellesu, članica smo Instituta europskih regija i Europske mreže GMO free regija pa stoga vrlo uspješno sudjelujemo u projektima međužupanijske, prekogranične i međunarodne suradnje. 

Već spomenuta Županijska razvojna strategija i još dva temeljna dokumenta – Poljoprivredna razvoja strategija i Strategija razvoja turizma, zatim, Razvojna agencija SI-MO-RA, Jamstvena shema, oko 85 milijuna kuna u 2006. i 2007. godini iz županijskog proračuna izravno uloženo u provedbu niza mjera i aktivnosti u svrhu obnove prometne infrastrukture te u infrastrukturu poduzetničkih zona, zatim u poticanje razvoja obrtništva, malog poduzetništva, poljoprivrede i turizma već je donijelo rezultat – zaustavljeni su negativni trendovi! Od osamostaljenja Hrvatske, nakon 18 godina, prvi put bilježimo pozitivne pomake u mnogim elementima gospodarskog rasta, smanjuje se broj nezaposlenih osoba, raste broj proizvodnih obrtničkih radnji, vodeća smo hrvatska županija po ostvarenom suficitu u vanjsko-trgovinskoj razmjeni.

  It is pleasure and honour to participate in the presentation of the third issue of Sisak-Moslavina County Investment Guide. This is the document important for every serious businessman or companies, which provides concise information about our economic potentials and insight in our vision of the county with competitive economy developed through integrated development programmes and partnerships that increases the quality of life of its citizens and puts the tradition and natural resources in the centre of its future! Among priorities emphasized in the “County Development Strategy 2007 - 2013” I would like to point out the development of competitive small and medium entrepreneurship, development of the investment climate and development of competitive, sustainable and environmentally acceptable tourism.

The Investment Guide has been proved as yet another useful and very successful way of promotion of our potential, together with the County clear and easy-to-use web-site full of detailed information (www.smz.hr) and financing representation at prestigious fairs in Croatia and abroad of our craftsmen, entrepreneurs and family run agricultural and tourism farms – representation organised with Croatian Chamber of Economy (CCE) – County Chamber Sisak and Sisak Moslavina County Chamber of Trades and Crafts.

Sisak-Moslavina County has rich natural, human, information and financial resources and has very favourable geo-strategic and transport location, which makes it at the moment one of the biggest and most prosperous economic potential in Croatia – the region for your investment. Higher intensity of opening to cooperation with other Croatian counties, regions of the neighbouring countries and European Union member states also significantly contributes to higher level of competitiveness and quality of material, cultural and spiritual life of our county citizens.

We accept the European integration process as well as globalization in general as a challenge and opportunity to efficiently develop market economy with human face by exchange of experience with and learning from those that more successful then us when it comes to economy and general well-being. We were one of the first counties to form the special administrative department for European integration, we are full member of European Regions Committee, we participate in work of the Croatian Regions Office in Brussels, and we are member of the European Regions Institute and of the European Network of GMO-free regions. This all enables us to successfully participate in interregional, cross border and international cooperation projects.

The aforementioned County Development Strategy together with other two strategic documents – Agricultural Development Strategy and Tourism Development Strategy – and with SI-MO-RA Development Agency, Warranty Scheme and 85 million Kunas from County budget for years 2006 and 2007 for implementation of set of measures and activities, such as renewal of transport infrastructure, development of entrepreneurial zones infrastructure, incentives for crafts and trades development and for small entrepreneurs, agriculture and tourism have already brought results – negative trends are stopped! We have economic growth, decrease in the number of unemployed, and increase in number of production oriented crafts and we are leading Croatian county in foreign trade and exchange surplus.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

Es ist mir ein Vergnügen und Ehre Ihnen schon die dritte Ausgabe des Investitionsführers der Sisak-Moslavina Gespanschaft vorzustellen.Es ist ein ernsthaftes Dokument für jeden Geschäftsmann oder Firma welches in einer zusammengesetzten Form die Informationen über unsere Wirtschaftsmöglichkeiten vorstellt und aus welchem zugleich unsere Vision deutlich zu erkennen ist: Es ist eine Gespanschaft mit konkurenter Wirtschaft die durch integrierte Entwicklungsprogramme und Partnerschaften entwickelt wird und welche die Lebensqualität ihrer Bürger steigt und die Naturressourcen in den Mittelpunkt der Zukunft stellt! Zwischen den Prioritäten die in der Entwicklungsstrategie der Gespanschaft von 2007-2013 hervorgehoben werden, betone ich die Entwicklung der konkurenten KMU-s, Ausbau der Investitionsumgebung wie auch die Entwicklung des konkurrenten und für die Umgebung annehmbaren Tourismus.

Neben unserer Webseite (www.smz.hr) die mit vielen ausführlichen Inhalten vorgesehen ist und durch die Finanzierung unserer Handwerker, Unternehmer, Landwirte, Gastwirte und touristische Unternehmer um auf bedeutenden Messen in Kroatien und im Ausland in der Zusammenarbeit mit der WK- Gespanschaftskammer Sisak und der HK- der Sisak-Moslavina Gespanschaft auftreten zu können, ist der Investitionsführer noch eine sehr nützliche und erfolgreiche Art von Promotion unserer Moglichkeiten.

Sisak-Moslavina Gespanschaft ist reich an Naturschönheiten, menschlichem Potenzial, Informations-und Finanzressourcen und es befindet sich auf einer wichtigen geostrategischen und werkehrsgünstigen Positon. Sisak-Moslavina Gespanschaft ist eine der gröβten in Kroatien, mit einem groβen wirtschaftlichen Potenzial und es lohnt sich hier zu investieren. Die Intensivierung des Prozeβes zur Eröffnung der Sisak-Moslavina Gespanschaft gegenüber den anderen Gespanschaften, Regionen und Ländern der EU, bringt bedeutend dazu bei, die Konkurrenzebene wie auch die Qualität des materiellen, kulturellen und geistigen Lebens der Bewohner zu steigen.

Der Prozeβ der europäischen Integration wie auch der Globaliesierung im allgemeinen sehen wir als Herausforderung und Gelegenheit, denn durch den Erfahrungswechsel mit Erfolgreichen, entwickeln auch wir noch effektvoller die Marktwirtschaft, aber die mit dem menschlichen Gesicht. Wir zählen zu den ersten kroatischen Gespanschaften die ein Verwaltungsbüro für europäische Integrationen eröffnet hat, wir sind ein gleichwertiger Mitglied der Versammlung der europäischen Regionen, wir partizipieren im Büro der kroatischen Regionen im Bruxelles, sind Mitglied des Instituts der europäischen Regionen, sind im Europanetz der GMO freien Regionen und nehmen sehr erfolgreich teil in den Projekten der EU, zusammen mit anderen Regionen und Ländern.

Die schon erwähnte Entwicklungstrategie der Gespanschaft und noch zwei Grunddokumente- Entwicklungstrategie der Landwirtschaft und Entwicklungstrategie des Tourismus, die Entwicklungsagentur SI-MO-RA, Bürgungsshema und etwa 85 Millionen Kuna im Jahre 2006 und 2007 aus dem Gespanschaftsbudget die investiert wurden in die Vollziehung vieler Maβnahmen und Aktivitäten im Sinne vom Aufbau der Verkehrsinfrastruktur und der Infrastruktur von Unternehmenszonen, Entwicklung des Handwerks, KMU-s und Tourismus, hatte schon einige Resultate mit sich gebracht - die negativen Trends wurden gestoppt! Seit der Selbstständigkeitserklärung Kroatiens, nach 18 Jahren sind zum ersten mal  positive Trends in vielen Elementen der Wirtschaft zu sehen, die Zahl der Arbeitslosen ist geringer, es wächst die Zahl der Produktionsfirmen und wir sind die führende Gespanschaft mit einem Sufizit im Auβenhandel.
